can you receive inbound calls? did you just join PM and tried to port in number? it could be the porting not completed.
You can call Public Mobile porting team to provide the correct Info and get status update. I will send you the porting team number. Please check your Community inbox for my message

If you mean into self-serve, try tapping "didn't get the code?", and there should be an option to receive the code via e-mail.
If there isn't, contact customer support this way:
To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
