Just tried to port number from koodo but sim for public not working only koodo

what do you meant by "sim for public not working only koodo"?  PM sim can only be used on PM network

if you just activated, first, can your PM sim connected to the PM network? if not, please message PM support.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:
