The SIM is delivered by letter mail so there will wouldn’t be a tracking number

you only paid $5 for the sim and the rest if for your new plan.
added...if you like, you can get one on Amazon for about $5 with fast shipping ...free shipping if you or friend has a prime account. Then message Customer Support to request credit to your account for the second sim.

the sim card are sent by Canada Post, hence it can be couple days to a week or even two week
but you can check with PM and confirm if they have shipped out the sim card.
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
