Someone tried calling my Public Mobile number from the USA but they received a "No Route Found" error
message. Is the error on their side (their service provider) or is this something in the Public Mobile set up?
Any ideas?
cheers

Many thanks .....it is intermittent so that is likely the problem. Normally phone calls work fine so something is wrong with this service I guess

@George1509 - could be just a temporary network, technical, or capacity issue. Ask them to try again, or ask them to try a different phone number in Canada and see if the same happens.

But you can receive calls from other without problem? And you didn't just join PM with porting, right?
It is likely a problem on the caller side. Ask them to reboot phone first and try again. Make sure they can call Canada and remember to put a 1 in front of your 10 digits number
