Long time no problems member, some SMS/MSM and RCS messages with attachments will not send and some i cannot not receive. Incoming are labelled as downloads, processing for hours and repeatedly reprocessing after being deleted. Others-here's your pic-no problem, sending or receiving though slower. Now no internet access. Did a factory reset, all same.
