Inbound calls get a message "sorry your call can not be completed since your plan does not include a US add on".
Outbound "sorry your call cannot be completed please check the number". What's going on?

If you are on AutoPay/Subscribe, login to your account tomorrow and enable AutoPay/Subscribe in the Payment section or otherwise purchase a voucher from these locations and dial 611 enter the voucher number and voucher PIN:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples but call them to make sure they still sell them.
