how do I  confirm my new phone number on the new sim card after installing in phone

I had someone text or call me at the number I was given to confirm it was working.

You were supposed to pick the number during the activation.

@Valary , if your SIM card has been activated, you should be able to put the SIM card into the phone and the phone will show the phone number under SIM status.

@Valary settings -system - advanced - about phone,  should let you see the current phone number assigned to the phone. Alternately calling another phone would let you see the number that comes up. And logging into your self service account does the same. Welcome to PM.  Stay safe.

@Valary If you installed SIM in one of PM kiosks, a seller should give you a paper with all info, including your number. Otherwise, you can login your self-service profile and check the number there - click on Plan and Addons.
