how can i change to new plan (12G for 3 month).
The due date of my plan is NOV 24 and new plan promo offer is end of NOV 20.
in my accunt i need wait until my next renewal date, but the promo will be closed.
so my question is how can i chaneg to new promo plan right now or can i get promo price until my next renwal date?

@A10A FYI that is not the correct info for an existing customer wanting to change to the promo plan, as @fisher was.

Go to PM's home page, it'll show the promotional plan. Click on it and put all the details of the plan (90 days, province wide talk, global text, 4GB data) and order plan. It'll take less than an hour to switch.

Also, double check that your plan does indeed change when it renews. There's an existing bug right now affecting a percentage of users that causes it to stay on the existing plan, even when the new plan was selected to upgrade on renewal. If that happens, just post here/PM the mods and they can fix it for you.

Nope... you just need to indicate that the new plans hould take effect on your next renewal date.

hi..
if you pre-schedule your plan change the new promo plan will take effect on that renewal day...doesn't matter if your renewal is after the promo expires.....
