According to this site its got the required 3g and 4g LTE bands and is 100% compatible https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile/motorola-moto-e5-play . Now regarding the SIM card. If you currently have a triple punch one, and you are going down in size or its the same, then you should be okay to just swop the sim over. I would recommend backing up your contacts to a Google account to make the change easier. Public_Mobile_-_Knowledge_Base_Articles_Overhaul_DESIGN-Image-1_C_Aug7.png

You may have to reset your APN settings.  The link I gave you above also has the required one. Use it to set your. Save it and try sending an mms message and surfing the internet. Stay safe.

@scapper1 , switching phones is as simple of moving the SIM card from phone to phone, confirming the APN settings are correct.  That is about it.

Take your PM SIM card out of your old phone and insert it in your Moto E5.  Restart you E5 to let PM SIM card to configure your E5 to work with PM.

You do not need a code or anything else as your PM SIM has the info about your account to connect to PM network.
