Hi all
I just bought a new phone and need to transfer my SIM. I have tried logging into my account multiple times but it keeps asking me for my phone's OTP, which I do have have access to. And no, there is no option to get email OTP because it asks email OTP first and then goes to phone number OTP for full access. How do I get a new eSIM?

@Garvit1811 yes, you need to get a 2FA via SMS once before you can open up the email or voice message option for 2FA
since you cannot get the 2FA via SMS at this point, you will need PM support to help to sort it out
