Acoount was created yesterday. A call was made to my other cell after activation and it worked. Today it can receive texts, but wont send them out. Any calls to this newly activated public mobile goes right to voice mail. Any ideas what's up with this?

I'm not sure, but shutting the phone down and taking out the sim for a minute, then putting it back in and starting your phone, won't hurt anything. And it has been known to work for others.

Brand new # from PM. Not sure why it worked yesterday to make a call, but doesn't work today. My account does say active. Will re-installing the Sim card help any?

@spudster1973 If you ported your number to PM from you previous provider it means the port is not yet complete.

Start by restarting your phone, aslo log in to your self serve account and check if it says active. Did you port a number from an old provider or just pick a new one with public mobile?
