Hello Guys!
I missed the SMS which Fido sent to me during the process of transferring my number from Fido to PM.
Now I need to re-trigger this number transfer process, but I can NOT submit a service ticket due to system error. Could anyone told me what should I do or Who I can talk with to solve this problem?

on a couple of occasions, you've been given direction / suggestion, complete with a number to call for port assistance....have you tried calling that number yet ? Let us know if you're still having trouble and we can provide other guidance.

I just sent you a message with a number to call for help porting in. Check the little envelop icon on top right side of page.
