My online account is locked coz I entered my password wrong twice. My account also suspended today as I need to charge it again. Just got public mobile last month only. So was trying it first time. My CC is also not registered. I am not able to call or update my payment info.
Please help asap.

Alternatively, to reactivate your account, you could also buy a voucher and enter the voucher number using *611.
