I lost my monthly 1GB promo. WHY? My husband has exactly the same plan as me, not only does he continue to have an extra 1GB monthly, he also has a one-time 2GB bonus on his account. Please explain to me why the difference in our offers when we pay for the same monthly plan with pre-authorized payment set-up in place.
