i lost my sim.I have suspended my account and ordered a new sim.What do i do if my new sim is delivered

@pmuoneme how can you lose your sim card?  I gather that you had already activated the lost sim card because you were able to suspend your account.  Your sim card should be in your phone... did it fall out?  Did you lose your phone?  Just curious.

 

Anyway, contact the moderators to change your sim card by following @esjliv instructions here.

If you have not order your SIM yet, try not to get from PM directly, it can take as many as 3 weeks.

 

Consider some local kiosks or Amazon if you have Prime delivery or https://canadiancellsupplies.com/collections/sim-cards.

@pmuoneme ,

 

Is the lost SIM already activated to a Public Mobile account/phone number? IF so, you will need to have the Moderators SWAP the SIM number on your account.

 

When you receive the new SIM, contact them to do it.

TWO ways to contact them:

Private message the moderators here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
OR
Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile Moderators) by clicking on the bottom, right chat bubble.

 @pmuoneme : You will need to contact the moderators to have them change the SIM # attached to your account. Then Resume your account. Nothing else.

If it's not delivered then there are many stores that sell PM SIM's.
