@luthcenidoza critical thing is.. did you use a laptop or desktop to access My Account to change sim?

Login using My Account using Incgonito mode, go to Profile page, sim card number, do you see the old or new sim card there

i followed the steps, there are 2 numbers showing, my old number and a new one, tried clicking on my old one and didnt do anything. what will i do ?

basically buy the new sim card with one of the source
Then to tight the new sim card number to your old number, you follow the stops from "Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer ..."

get a Public Mobile sim card from
Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.
Then click Quick Links on the top right and select Change Sim card and follow the steps:
