@Valerie123  generally takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive. But with covid and Canada Post being backed up maybe longer 

Use your order number to track on Canada Post. Take note. Sometimes Canada Post uses recycled numbers and it may not work. Other times PM ships via other means.

You can always open a ticket and ask.

If you really need one go to a Walmart Or London Drugs and pick one up if your province is not on lock down.
