Hi,
I lost my phone.
Can I get a new SIM card and use the same number on my new phone?
How do I do that?
Is it easy to do?

The customer has the lost the phone. Neither the options for changing phone number nor transferring a phone number would help this customer.

Easy as apple pie. Once you have your new phone and SIM (Amazon have them for $4.99 and from the Telus/Koodo store for $10) or eSIM for free only if the new phone is eSIM compatible.
Download the PM app on the phone and login on your account and on the Account tab>Change SIM Card Number.
Then reboot the phone with the new SIM in the phone.

@SH11 , be sure to go into your account and set the lost/stolen phone function immediately so that who ever finds the phone will not be able to use your service which can be a security issue.
