You will need to login to your account on the PM app/online and go to the Account tab then click on Report Lost/Stolen Device to pause service until you get a new phone.

This will help you keep your number, stay on your current monthly plan rate and your accumulated reward points.

hi @Suzz 

you don't need to cancel the account, you an just buy a new sim card and continue the service

if you really want to cancel, login My Account.  They system will send you a text for 2FA, cllick Didn't Receive code or Resend code and choose Send email to get the code via email.  After logged in, go to Payment, then Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed there

if you cannot login due to 2FA code issue, ask PM support agent to help to remove the credit card.
