Hi,
My credit card will expire soon, when I trying to update my credit card for auto-payment, I lose my $6 rewards, when I setup my new credit card, the rewards still not show up, anyone could help me with this?

try use "Ctrl + F5" keys force Refresh page, see whats happen.

@lolocandy Try using incognito/private browsing mode. Make sure you enable AutoPay when you add/change your cc details.
