I haven't been able to log into my account and I have been charged $11.30 for something that I have no idea what it's for. I can't find a way to contact Public Mobile to find out what the charge is for. Please help!

Recently there was a server down issue now it is resloved and we can login now. Try to login your dashboard and go on recent payment you will be able to see that charge is for.

@janr75 Most likely it's the SIM/eSIM charge of $10 + 13% tax. 

Did you request to port in your number? If yes, did you reply to a text message from your old sim?

Did you forget your password? You can reset it online.
