When I tried to login "My Account", I got "Generic Error". It also show me these words: "Oh no! It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic. "
I tried to change password, it indicated me success, but when I login again, it show me the same issue. it looks my account is locked.
Can someone help me ?

I logged into my self-serve just fine to confirm there is no system issue.
You will have to wait till tomorrow for Public Mobile staff member,, one of them will check your account and see what's up.
