Hi there,
I am unable to get past the log in page. It keeps asking me to "resume activation" or "return to log in". When I click resume activation, it gets me to an error page error code xxxx. If I return to log in - just loops me around to the same page. Help. I would like to activate and subscribe, but now am unable to get access to do so and am now concerned that this platform isn't going to work as promised. Can anyone help me bypass or log in?

you already activated? then just have agent to look into it. Agents are nice here adn they usually able to resolve your issues without couple hours
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
