its wild that I have to come here to get some sort of help, I've tried everything I can to submit a ticket and its not working. I tried to transfer my my number from fizz and got an error saying the account number I entered was wrong.. I'm not sure if the transfer worked properly so can someone please help!

I had the same issue. Had to reach out to support via ticket, they requested porting again and said it went through. After that took about 8 hours to get message from Fizz that my account has been deactivated.
