Attempting to future date my plan with the newer 4.5 GB for $40 plan, and the change my plan screen keeps coming up blank... Anyone else experiencing issues?

Thanks everyone for the feedback... glad to know it just wasn't me. I'll keep trying every 30 minutes or so, and hopefully eventually I'll get in.

Maybe too many users making plan changes at the same time. I made the change without problem on the first try.
Edit: It does look like the self serve portal is being hammered with requests. It took minutes for me to login. I doubled checked my future dated change. It is still there.

I ran into the same issue. I think they were updating it with the new 4.5GB $40 and 5.5GB $45 promo plans.

hapened to me earlier today aswell, I was even getting a 404 error at one point when clicking the "try out more options" link
i went back 30 minutes later and it worked. maybe server overload?

Nope... not browser related... I already tried different browsers before I posted (to eliminate the risk of looking like a noob) ![]()

Hey, @daredogg, did you try clearing your browser's cache, or using your browser in privacy / incognito mode?

Haven't tried changing plans myself, but try a different web browser and see if that fixes the problem. You can also open the site in incognito mode as there may be some cached data causing the issue.
