@Rondrake  Make sure data is turned on and restart your phone.

Try the simple procedure first by turn off your S5, wait a minute, and turn your s5 on again to let PM SIM card to configure your phone including the APN settings as list above.  

 

If this simple procedure does not work, configure APN settings manually provided above.

@Rondrake  reset your network settings and restart your phone. Samsung will propogate the correct settings. Welcome to the community. Stay safe. 

Reset Network Settings - Samsung Galaxy S® 5
  1. From the Home screen, navigate: Apps. > Settings > Backup and reset. ...
  2. Tap Reset network settings.
  3. Tap Reset Settings.
  4. If applicable, enter the PIN, password, fingerprint or pattern then tap Reset Settings again to confirm.

Enable data, restart your phone and try to send an mms text message and to surf the net.

Select Save/Done. Select Public Mobile to connect to the Public Mobile network
