Did your husband ask to have a number ported in from another carrier? If so, the number transfer isn't yet complete. Re-instert the old carrier's SIM card to continue receiving phone calls for now. A text message sent by the old carrier will also need to be replied to confirm the intention to transfer the phone number to Public Mobile.
