@Dimitri1 if you are using a different phone and it says you don't have any minutes remaining that would be about the phone you are calling from not yours.
As for your phone, is it active? Did you sign in and check the status?
You could also go to the message app > storage and clear the cache.
If your comfortable doing so, you could reset your phone networks to see if that will clear up the voicemail option.
