Hi @Patrick1188 first wait an hours and test again.  

 

if you need agent to help, submit ticket 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Same here. Cannot process payment because of credit card replacement. Tired two different active cards without luck. The only error message is "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later.". Ended up buying the voucher from Canadian Tier gas station. It's not like the gift card. You will have to ask the cashier. Just a voucher code that was printed out by the cashier.

Online on your account?

Or by *611?

Worst case @aaronlmm , get a payment voucher from many mobile and drugstore locations, shoppers drug mart, or shell. 

Use 611 to apply it, or self serve site.

if you tried more than twice, it is better to wait an hour before trying again

 

Next time when you try, try only once but using Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode

 

if that does not work, try *611  and pay there, but make sure you have your 4 digits PIN
