If you can still login, go to Profile -> Manage EverSafe ID and update e-mail
If you cannot login, also PM to change for you. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Can you log into your account?
Then click on the Profile tab, manage Eversafe ID. Your will see your email, click to change and save.
