hi i just got this new plan with this company a month ago works great but when i had one day to topup my account i tryed and when i added 40$ to my account which is my plan , it added to my expiring time if that makes sence , so like i paid 50$ for new sim and plan 40$ plan 4 gb data unlim call txt , was supose to expire today so i bought voucher yesterday to get my data and keep on keeping on , and it didnt work says my plan is 90$ and it expires today?!?!?!???? i cant use any data and its weird i cant call any help line there is none!!

@lostmike, even if am account expires, you can top up to return is to active status. There's no need to buy another SIM card and activate a new account. It might be worthwhile to contact the moderator team and explain the situation and see if they will refund your cost of a new account and fix any issues with the first account. Another user outlined the renewal process very clearly on this thread. You mentioned your data is not working, are you able to make/recieve calls and texts? If the service is working and you have already paid you are fine and the expired message should change overnight.
