help with line that been active for years

@members I have been trying to update payment on the account and have been a customer for many years + 10. I log into my account it takes me to a page telling me to complete activation. I don't want to activate its already active! I can't make a ticket it keeps saying error. Please help Ive tried everything.

your My Account not link to Eversafe login still.  Pleae have CS agent to fix it.  Submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
