Yes they work weekends

 

Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Saturday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)

Yes, it will usually take 1-3 days for moderator to get back to you.  You can still use your old SIM/service if still available.

I initiated the process online but an error message came back on meid. Apparently, there is no redo anymore.  I did contact the mods but I guess their response will not come for few days from now?

Can you provide more information?  Have you starting the porting process, or are you looking for instructions on how to do it?

 

You can port your number by logging into to selfserve, and clicking on "change your number".  This will give you the option to port your old number.

 

If you have already starting porting, and it doesn't complete within a day or, you should contact the Moderator Team with a private message so that they can look into it.
