Ordered sim card from online store Nov. 26 still haven't received. Help please

@computergeek541, ultimately, it'd be cheaper and more efficient to stock PM SIMs at already owned/rented/leased properties of Telus a/o Koodo.

Public Mobile does not provide tracking numbers for sim card shipment, and quite honestly, it would be waste of time for Public Mobile to try to track these shipments down or to file insurance claims with Canada Post, although they could.  These shipments do have tracking numbers on them, but really, if a customer said that he/she didn't get it, Public Mobile customer service would probably still provide a replacement.

 

With the amount of time that a Public Mobile employee could spend on the phone to file an insurance claim with Canada Post so that Public Mobile could reimbursed for a lost shipment, or the time it takes for them to manually dig into a online ordering system that doesn't automatically make tracking number available, it wouldn't be too difficult for the time involved to search for sim card and get an update would cost them more than the cost of the product. 

 

It would likely be faster and cheaper for Public Mobile just to send another to the customer.  Either way, a moderator would have to be get involved to provide replacement or refund.
