@Mulder7983, it is hard to take your rant seriously when you don't even take the time to spell properly and state what exactly is the problem you had with this service.  Not having a call center does not make this service stupid.  In fact, it should be known to the astute shopper that this service is different and comes with no call center.  I equate this comment to someone getting angry because there is no lettuce anywhere to be found at the shoe store.  Please calm down and explain exactly what happened that has resulted in the loss of service and the community can assist you.
