Hello, I have a new phone and it did it with the old one. I can hear people of, but they keep hearing me cut in and out

The Motorola is compatible, so would that mean there is a fault with the phone rather than the provider?

I got a Motorola in August and have the same problem. Never had an issue with the Samsung. Retailer said it was the provider wanting everyone to upgrade their plans and nothing to do with the phone. Since I stopped using the speaker haven't had the issue so seems to be the phone
