In the upper right there's a row of icons to the left of your snail avatar.
The envelope one is the private messaging area. If you see an indication just above it then you have a message from someone. Click it and you'll open the list of latest messages. Click on the subject line of one of them and you can read the whole thing and there's a Reply button.

Apparently there's a bug that causes a delay. If you want faster service, perhaps try contacting the moderator team so you can find a resolution faster. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

First try https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ .
If that isn't successful open a ticket at https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat .

@twistedboom click on the forgot password link and it will send you an email and link to reset your password

@twistedboom if you tried password reset in self serve and that didn't work then contact the moderators ask Simon the robot here to speak to a human to generate a ticket mention password reset check envelope top right for a response they usually reply between 2-48 hours
