porting from fizz to PM and encountered this incorrect account number issue like everyone else. now only outgoing call works. no incoming call no text. submitted a ticket but no response yet. please can anyone pm me the asistance team number? thank you very much!

Most people add infront and it causes failure. I have never heard of behind but you can try.
It might still fail anyway with all the errors today anyway.

i heard when you port from fizz you need to add 0000 not in front but in the back of your fizz account number, make it like 123456780000. anyone succeed doing that?

there's no traditional call center number to call..you must work with Customer Support. Use this link if you haven't already...
