Hi, I have two numbers

I already changed my credit card payment for the first number, but the costumers service kept the old credit card payment of the second number which is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

Please could you make all number on same credit card number that is ending with, xxxxxxxxxxxxcx

@mithaq80 hello sounds like you need to contact a moderator to fix your issues to  contact a moderator  click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator mention password reset
      check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours

I don't remember my secret question, so I am texting this coast company to get help.

I changed my two numbers from Freedom company to Public mobile. But I am in trauble because they gave me hard to pay may bill and no service on my another number.

@mithaq80 the question would have been your secret question that you put in when you activated your account. I tend to stay away from those, since you need to remember the exact format of the date that you entered as the answer. Once you do as @RossN suggests and get back into the account you can change it from the my profile section top right of the overview page.

The question gave it to me about my father date born, I could not recognized

The people here are customers. They cannot access your account, nor should you be posting any information specific to it.

So just so we're on the right page...you're not talking to actual employee customer service reps of the company. We're almost all just fellow customers like you helping out our fellow customers.

 

Check all your email inboxes you might have for the welcome email from here when you activated the accounts. That's the email address of the account.

I have read sporadic reports of people being able to activate accounts using existing email addresses. To make that right you'll need to contact the actual customer service people that are called moderator_team.

Do you not remember which email addresses you used when you activated? You can check all your existing email inboxes and see which one has the PM welcome email. If you still can't figure out, use the forgot password tool to verify which email currently exist with PM. If you have 2 different accounts you will have to edit the payment information for each account.

Since it's a self-serve service you will have to do this yourself - look under the payment section in your account and change the credit card information there for the second account/number.

That is correct. On PM, only one number per account. You cannot have multiple numbers on the same account. However, you can add the same CC to both accounts.

That's because each account needs to be on its own with its own unique email address. Log in to each account with its unique address and edit the payment card there.

What do you mean the "customers service kept"?

You can do all this yourself in the self-serve. Log in to each account separately and remove and add the card you like.
