I have been extra charged for few times during march and april.$16.95.

you meant you got charged $16.95 a few times during the 2 months?
have you check Payment history on My Account? what did it say? do you see entries of $15 there? or post us screenshot and we can help
if you need PM to check, then open ticket
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
