extra amount debited from my credit card

An amount of CAD 28.25 (see below) has been debited from my credit card today 08/08/18, though i have already paid the relevant package amount for two numbers,

Aug 08, 2018 PUBLIC MOBILE 855478xxxx BC $28.25

Please clarify.

Post a screenshot from your self-serve payment history and we will possibly be able to tell what happened. Be sure to hide any personal info.

Let me guess, you are paying a $25 plan.  The Ontario HST is 13%.  With tax, your $25 plan costs $28.25
