Hey if the QR code maybe in the email you provided or, you can download the Public Mobile app and it will walk you through setting it up on your device if it's your first. Or if you already have the app just delete and reinstall and it will take you through set up again.

@Willgn Check your device sim manger in phone settings chances are eSIM already installed , and set the public mobile eSIM to primary /enabled . If iPhone make sure you toggle on “turn on this line “ then remove old providers sim and reboot the device and reset network settings if still no luck then you will need supports help
