I setup a new plan on my daughters phone, the mistake i made was i was using my iPad to do it instead of her phone, now the esim attached to the iPad and i can confirm her new account as the number wont work on her phone to give the security code. Can I transfer the esim to her Phone from my iPad ?? Tia

hi @Reid24 yes, you picked eSIm and it won't fully activated without esim installation
Submit ticket with CS agent and see what option you have. Going back physical im is definitely one

Just was outlining the steps if customer service isn’t able to re-issue a eSIM without charge. Please do not attempt to purchase an eSIM until you get a response back from them.
If your account properly activated you might be able to login to the account by hitting the didn’t receive code option when asked to provide the two-factor code and having it sent to your email:
But since your account is brand new and you might not be fully activated yet so this might not be an option. Regardless customer service will get you sorted! 🙂

That doesn’t work as i cant verify my new account because public mobile security code verification wont send to her phone because i attached the esim to my iPad instead of her phone, thank you

If you end up having to re-purchase an eSIM you can do so by:
1. Downloading the PM app on the intended device
2. Login to your account and navigate to the Subscription and Add-on’s tab
3. Scroll down and select “Shop SIM Card Now”.
But I’m hopeful that Customer Service will be able to help you out 🙂

Unfortunately not. eSIM’s cannot be transferred from device to device without a repurchase of $5 but I’d suggest reaching out to customer service and seeing if they can perhaps make an exception and re-issue one to you so you can manually add it to the intended device with the QR code.
