esim not compatible

I just signed up. I thought my phone was e sim compatible but  apparently not. I need the physical sim. My payment has already gone through! No customer support available in the chat box. How can I get this resolved?

If the eSIM is not available. You will likely have to order a physical sim online.

Contact @CS_Agent And they should be able to help you further.
