I purchased a esim for my phone and after i paid it showed it was not compatible with my device, i've tried submitting a ticket it kept showing error. I'd like a refund or a exchange for a physical sim (When i purchased the eSIM it did not show the prompt to check its compatibility)

you're best to get a hard sim from Amazon (shipping is free if you or friend has a Prime acct) or get to a local Mobile Klinik in your area. Download the app to your cell to create your new account and activate the sim. If you're porting in from previous network in Canada, you can either initiate a port during activation OR take a new number temporarily. When service is up and running, you can then initiate port..just don't cancel your old Cdn network.
Message Customer support to get credit applied to your acct for the esim that failed.
