l am just wondering if there is a way to talk to a public mobile mobile agent as l am trying to transfer to public mobile and it is telling me l am getting we are having transfer my number as i enter a wrong esn/meid number and l enter my imei number and the number i want to port and how can l fix that

Use Account # from your previous provider - I found that works every time!
Not sure if you can change that - I also had issues with transferring using IMEI because you need to supply the IMEI you set up with your previous provider when you set up your account....
