I went through the whole process of entering in my info and selecting a number. I entered my voucher number and clicked activate and it sent to an error 404 page.
tried asking the agent to make sure that the activation didn't go through but the just quite on me. now when I am going though the process for the 3rd time. the number I want says is not longer available. which leads me to believe that the activation might have worked

@Paliopaitho Check to see if your card was charged. If it was, put the sim in and restart, see what happens.
true. do NOT try to activate a 2nd time even if you happen to have a 2nd new SIM card to try .
Put the SIM in your phone .. try to call another number. There is a chance your account was already activated.
it happened to me before. It's a web server issue, it didn't return the proper result. (I was in Walmart and they tried activated with a new SIM.. and I ended up with 2 lines. I have to go thought the trouble of cancelling my 2nd account).

Thanks Everyone. The live chat unfortunately was no help they just kept saying sorry or general question here. I will wait the hour and in the meantime reach out to the moderators

@Paliopaitho If you reached the point after entering your voucher, put in the sim and turn on the phone. What happens? If no service you can wait an hour after the failed attempt and try again, get live activation help as shown below...

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.
