I just created an account two days ago and there was no eSIM QR code in my welcome (account summary) email. Cannot get hold of any customer services. Please advise.

I just called my sim number after reading your post. Yes, it is still functioning. Thanks for your reminder. @LitlLdy @softech 

@LitlLdy possible if he number already ported. thanks for the reminder 

@Fred12345 please confirm with CS agent about the status of the port before canceling the account. Or you can out your sim from the old carrier and confirm if that sim is still functioning and receivimg incoming calls

@softech , if he does that & Public Mobile cancels the account will that mess up the phone number being transferred over to Public Mobile & cause the loss of the phone number?

They asked me to buy a physical sim card, which does not fit my needs.

@Fred12345 did you try open ticket with )M support?? what did they say??

@Fred12345  You can submit ticket with support to help cancel if you cannot log into turn off auto subscribe

Hello,

I have to much trouble transferring my number to my eSIM, I need to cancel my public mobile account. can you please advise how to proceed?

@Fred12345 , I’m sorry 😔. Sometimes we see that error & it still installs but didn’t activate!

If CS_Agent will provide you with the missing QR code & once it installs please do this below to activate it. I don’t know why it keeps doing this to so many Customers! It’s frustrating!

Reboot your phone.

In cellular settings make sure that ‘Turn On This Line’ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)

no, the Public Mobile app cannot install the eSim. It reported an error "eSim is not installed"

@Fred12345 , the eSIM didn’t try to install on your phone from the Public Mobile app when you used it to sign up? Mine installed from it but no QR code was included in my email either!
