eSim not working

my eSim is coming up with error when I try to activate it and I already paid for my plan

@AK99 , If it installed bit hasn’t activated:
Reboot your phone.
In cellular settings make sure that “Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)
if scanning the qr code didn’t install it please send a private message to CS_Agent & ask for a new qr code due to yours didn’t work!
