eSim card installation fail !

Hello !

I just tried to install the esim using the app and it failed due to unexplained error.

Now i'm stuck as the QR code is not working anymore and the esim is not installed.

I have my phone number transferred from OOMA and got transferred out today ! Now no service and i'm paying.

Any clue how can i get that fixed ! The best would be a new esim but no option to generate a new one !

@CS_Agent should fix that ! Or else i will ask for the number port cancellationa and a full refund !

@PGauvin , check to see if you received a qr code in your welcome email to scan & install your eSIM. If theres a chance it still installed despite the error but hasn’t activated please try this below.

Others have experienced similar issue & sometimes these suggestions have worked!

(I had my data on plus my Wi-Fi was turned on & connected to my home internet to be sure I had all connections while doing this)

Reboot your phone.

In cellular settings make sure that “Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)
